In addition, the findings of this study provide suggestions and directions to design family life education, premarital preparation and continual marital accompaniment.\u00a0 In doing so, the project investigates the developmental tasks, adjustments to the different stages in their family life cycle, so as to identify the social services in the marriage and family sector which may help in the transition from one stage to the other. 7 objectives in this study as below:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To understand the general needs of the family at difference stages of family life in Macao from social and religious (Catholic\/Christian) perspectives.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To explore the unmet needs families may have in the different stages of family development.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To seek opinions from the general population how to meet their unmet needs from a social and or religious perspective.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To explore and examine the needs of Catholics\/Christian in Macao relating to their pastoral needs to help them in their family life development.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To compare if there are any differences in the service needs to the Catholic\/Christian and non-Christian group.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The purpose of this research is to plan and design social or pastoral services to meet the needs relating to a healthy family life.
