He joined the Diocesan Catholic Education Commission under the Diocese of Macao in 2016, working as office Director currently, mainly focused on coordinating, liaising, and managing the educational affairs of the Diocese. He has been serving as a teaching practice supervisor for the Post-Graduate Diploma in Education of the University of St. Joseph since 2018 and is one of the members of the Board of Directors of Saint Joseph International Nursery.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">He holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences in Public Administration, a Master of Education, and is currently a doctoral student in the area of education at the City University of Macau. His research interests include Catholic Education, School Leadership and Management and Educational Policy.
