This action research is about implementing the Reggio Emilia approach at an international school in Macao. The field work was conducted from 2018 to 2020 with two groups of four and five-year-old students. The growth and development of children in skills and curriculum areas were proven through listening to children\u2019s voices, observing and documenting children\u2019s learning, and reflecting in group discussions using documentation posters.
