My main research focus is on teacher education and professional development. I have been involved in many research projects centred on professional practice of teachers and experiences of beginning teachers to address the quality of teacher education and learning. I also undertake research that focuses on technology-enhanced learning and group-based learning. Firstly, the study will provide a deeper understanding of the cultural differences in relation to teaching experiences between participant\u2019s country of origin and those of Macao. Secondly, it will unpack the possibilities and challenges faced by expatriate teachers moving to Macao. Thirdly, new and unique skills that expatriate teachers have contributed to their schools in Macao will be described.
